Walk for fitness & fun

There is a short walk (9.5miles) on Sunday 21st Feb, Kings Lynn to St Germans & back. It will be paced to finish in 3 hours, starting at 9am.

Paced walking is great exercise and uses muscles throughout the whole body. This walk will be classed as exercise not a casual walk/stroll. If you are looking for a slightly more adventurous work out, try adding 4-6 liters of water to you back pack.

The first and last couple of miles will be on flat concrete/path, but the rest will be on a muddy/uneven river bank, so correct footwear is essential.

The walk is open to all, ages 13+ (although under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult).
